Effective date: May 27, 2026. This policy explains how Blue AI handles data for the UnCloud mobile app.
Who we are
UnCloud is operated by Blue AI. If you have privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@blueai.cz or use the support page.
Data we collect
- Account details: email address, authentication provider (email or Google), and profile name if provided.
- Habit data: puff logs, timestamps, streak activity, level and achievement progress, and timeline history.
- Device and app data: app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, and diagnostics.
- Notification data: push notification token and notification preference settings.
- Subscription data: subscription status, plan type, renewal state, and store transaction references.
- Support data: details you send in support messages, including issue category and description.
How we use data
- Provide core features such as puff tracking, dashboard metrics, streaks, and achievements.
- Sync user data across devices through cloud storage.
- Send reminders and behavior-support notifications that you enable.
- Maintain account access, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Measure feature usage to improve app reliability and quit-support effectiveness.
- Respond to support requests and track unresolved product issues.
Legal bases and consent
We process data to provide the service you request, secure the app, and improve reliability. Where required, we rely on your consent (for example, optional push notifications). You can withdraw consent by changing app or device settings.
How data is shared
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with service providers that support app operations, including:
- Firebase (Google) for authentication, cloud storage, and app infrastructure.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for subscription processing and billing status.
- Analytics and crash-reporting tools to detect bugs and improve performance.
Data retention
We keep account and habit data while your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data unless a longer retention period is required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted network transfer, and managed cloud infrastructure. No system is fully risk-free, but we continuously improve our protections.
Your rights and choices
- Access, update, or correct account information from your profile settings.
- Request data export or deletion by contacting privacy@blueai.cz.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, where local law provides those rights.
- Manage notification permissions in device settings at any time.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.
Children's privacy
UnCloud is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that personal data from a child under 13 has been provided, we will delete it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as features and legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
